Hi, If you have ipw listed in the lsmod command then your wireless card will probably work. I was using the ” check for updated driver” and apparently it was not checking the Intel or Dell web page. I have all latest drivers and software installed. Spent an hour poking around last night and the problem has gone away.


If I enable 2200gb, the laptop sees it as a secured network though as yet I’ve figured out how to connect but that for now is a side issue. Everything 2200bt up in a sub folder.
