Hope maybe this helps others out there to solve their problems as well, I have noticed numerous posts elsewhere where the same error is reported. The freeze only ever happens if the wireless network card is turned on. In my opinion if there is no solution for your issue you should contact Service partner in your country. If you have problem with wireless connection check all settings and try to configure it again.

When I am using the computer connected to the LAN via network cable, while radio signals are disabled, the problem does not occurs anymore. I found out that I could remove the wireless adapter and reboot, no problems.
Thank You for Submitting a Reply,! After I encountered the problem I tried to reinstall drivers and software for the wireless network card from the original Toshiba CD, but did not helped. I uninstalled the wireless driver in safe mode, then rebooted normally after making the boot. Also installed driver and client update. There was no hardware ahheros to the system, so the message is quite strange. Hi Laszlo In my opinion there is a hardware conflict.

There are no messages in the Event Viewer. This was after I wiped the hard drive and reinstalled the “factory fresh” disk image the first time this problem appeared. Does anyone who has Windows XP Home installed have this same problem?
It is very strange that since one particular moment this issue has occurred. I have seen another user, peter-jaap did mentioned on this forum a few weeks earlier the same problem. I have a satellite P30 with the same problem.
