Before I did the “restore system to factory settings” the wireless light was blue and it worked fine.
Please post the hardware ID’s for the browdcom in the device manager that need drivers. Installing the one with the lesser file size is the driver only file does not include Intel wireless control software.

I always go for the latest file downlaod version and it will install the latest compatible drivers for my hardware. This firmware is downloaded to the card on boot, and is required in order for it to work.
