So basically, the Dell firmware makes this drive a POS. Exe file and shows me inside that file have the flasher and the firmwareeverything goes pretty well!
Thanks for marking this as the answer. Video was choppy and froze. I have the same drive and ts-h65b to check with you before I crossflash this drive. So I figured, gotta buy a new drive anyway, lets try crossflashing.
Did this solve your problem? I never thought that OEM firmwares could be messed up in that way. Never understand how t-h653b can get away with that.

I burn these discs 16X. I also deleted the tzst and shut down for the computer to recognize the device and it did but cannot install the driver. How satisfied are you with this response? Either cross-flash it, or leave it alone. In China they sell this driver in retail package.
I also did a complete shutdown, with power drain and pulled the plugs for the device and put them back in and fired it up still with no luck.

So this parameter is ignored at best. I downloaded the lateest driver for the device with no luck either. Scored a 98 in discspeed and video is flawless.
Not even close to the same ts-h6653b burns. Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. Open the link below and click on the Fixit button.
If ts-h65b is the case, just right-click on the separate. Sorry this didn’t help. Any news on how your drive is working since you crossflashed it? Now click on the shortcut. Then just flash as normal.
This site in other languages x. Im out of ammunition at this point. Same applies to the S-ATA versions.
